  • Credit transfer application must be lodged before the commencement of studies.
  • Students must provide a Statement of Attainment or Record of Results issued by a registered training provider in Australia.
  • Applications can be submitted via email, post, or in person.

Effects of Credit Transfer

If the application gets approved:

  • The length of the course will be shortened accordingly (reduction of weeks/months).
  • A recommended reduction from the course fee will be applied.
  • The student's timetable and training plan will be adjusted.
  • The learner will be communicated the outcome of the application promptly.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

RPL is an assessment process that involves assessment of an individual’s relevant prior learning (formal, informal and non-formal) to determine the credit outcomes. Students are encouraged to apply for RPL if they believe they have existing skills key to the competency standards.
